The Michigan Overdose Prevention Coalition (MOPC)—with support from McCall Hamilton and Public Sector Consultants—is excited to host its 2025 Advocacy Day on Wednesday, October 15, at 10:00 a.m. in the Mackinac Room of the Anderson House Office Building in downtown Lansing.
Join us and participate in crucial opioid harm reduction conversations with elected officials on the effectiveness of harm reduction and the need to authorize syringe service programs statewide.
We will:
- Share advocacy tips and tools to engage lawmakers
- Host conversations and prescheduled meetings with individual lawmakers
- Provide lunch and light bites
- Offer naloxone training with legislators and staff members
